Our Neighborhood, Our Mission.
The purpose of Kay’s Bayview Subdivision Improvement Association Corporation (HOA) is to promote and protect the public health, welfare, safety, and the value of real property in the Bayview Drive subdivision, St. Clair Shores, Michigan; to form a congenial social group; to enjoy the advantages of boating, swimming, fishing, skating and harmonious community living as may be organized and promoted by the members of the Association and which are specially adapted to the location and water advantages of our Subdivision; to engage in any other program of activity which may from time to time be deemed beneficial to the Association; to buy and sell real estate necessary to carry out the purposes of this Association; to hold in trust, for the benefit of all lot owners in the Bayview Drive subdivision, any legal documents, deeds. etc., which may be entrusted to its care.

Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers, neighbors who live in the Bayview Drive subdivision. We ensure ongoing maintenance and oversee the common areas including entrance island, lakefront park & beach areas, both north & south canals, using the annual maintenance fees and approved assessments collected from members.
We also initiate Capital Improvement projects, including weed control and dredging the canals, new street, storm water, fire hydrant and gas line infrastructure updates, lakefront park beach and breakwater Jetty improvement project and navigation lights, (new Boardwalk & seawall splashguard in process) with nearly $1.7 million dollars of improvements in our neighborhood since 2011.

Bayview Lakefront Park & Beach Rules
Our park is a private facility for Bayview residents only. (member in good standing only) Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No Diving. Guests must be accompanied by a member, with a key to gate. • Pets are allowed in the park. Owners must keep them under control and clean up after them, or a fee wll be charged. • Please help keep our park clean. Pick up and place trash in trash cans, cans/bottles in recycle bin. • Non-exclusive group use of the park must have prior approval of the Board. Group must clean park, put trash cans outside fence on trash day, and return cans to park, or a fee will be charged. • Unauthorized fires not allowed. • Be considerate of the park neighbors. BE SURE TO KEEP GATE LOCKED WHILE YOU ARE IN THE PARK AND WHEN YOU LEAVE
